Yogurt, More Ways

A little while back, I posted four variations on a simple homemade yogurt recipe, including maple vanilla cinnamon, dark chocolate and sea salt, cappuccino, and lemon herb. The yogurt addict in me was not satisfied with just four variations, so I’ve explored some new flavours to bring to you here.

Gingerbread

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ½ tsp gingerbread spices (using spice mix below)
  • 1 tsp molasses
    1. Mix all ingredients together and enjoy on it’s own or as a dip for your favourite cookies.

Gingerbread Spice Mix:

  • 2 Tablespoons ground cinnamon.
  • 2 Tablespoons ground ginger.
  • 2 Tablespoons ground allspice.
  • 1 Tablespoon ground nutmeg.
  • 1 Tablespoon ground cloves.

 

Matcha

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ½ tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tsp honey or other sweetner
  1. Mix all ingredients together and enjoy.

Curry

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  1. Mix all  ingredients together and dip your favourite crackers or veggies.
